SAHA chloroalkane T1 is a chloroalkane capture tag by tethering Vorinostat (SAHA) and a chloroalkane tag T1 [1] .
SAHA chloroalkane T1 minimally affects SAHA potency in K-562 cells, allowing binding interactions with the targets to occur under conditions relevant to the desired cellular phenotype [1] .
