Summary

HMR 1556, a chromanol derivative, is a potent I _Ks blocker with IC ₅₀ s of 10.5 nM and 34 nM in canine and guinea pig left ventricular myocytes, respectively ^[1] ^[2] .

IC50: 10.5 nM (I _Ks in canine left ventricular myocytes), 34 nM (I _Ks in guinea pig left ventricular myocytes) ^[1]

In Vitro

HMR 1556 inhibits I _to , I _Ca,L and IKr with IC ₅₀ s of 33.9 μM, 27.5 μM, 12.6 μM in canine left ventricular myocytes, respectively ^[1] .
