Summary
Afloqualone (HQ-495) is a GABAergic agent and has agonist activity at the β subtype of the GABAα receptor . Afloqualone has antivertiginous effects thought to be attributable to the increased sensitivity of GABA receptors of the LVN neuron site [1] .
