Summary

CPT-157633, a difluoro-phosphonomethyl phenylalanine derivative, and is a PTP1B inhibitor. CPT-157633 prevents binge drinking-induced glucose intolerance [1] .


In Vivo

CPT-157633 (0.2 µg/day; intracerebroventricular infusion) alleviates the hypothalamic inflammation and glucose intolerance induced by binge drinking in rats [1] .
