H-Arg-Lys-OH TFA is a dipeptide formed from L-arginyl and L-lysine residues [1] .
To date only a few physiologically relevant advanced glycation end products (AGEs) have been characterised from tissues ex vivo, most notably lysine-lysine and lysine-arginine cross-link forming AGEs [1] .
