Caspase-3/7 activator 2 is an effective activator of Caspase-3/7 . Caspase-3/7 activator 2 inhibits Wi-38, Caco-2 and HepG-2 cells with IC 50 values of 16.764 µM, 0.069 µM, 0.087 µM, respectively. Caspase-3/7 activator 2 has tumor selectivity, anti-proliferative activity and high Apoptosis -inducing ability [1] .
