IL-1 beta is a potent proinflammatory cytokine expressed by monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. IL-1 beta plays a key role in inflammation and immunologic reactions ^[1] ^[2] . IL-1 beta Protein, Human (His) is produced in E. coli with a N-Terminal His-tag. It consists of 269 amino acids (M1-S269).
