Summary

Annexin A5 Protein, Human is a 35 kDa multifunctional protein which belongs to the annexin family. Annexin A5 induces in vitro fusion and aggregation of vesicles in a Ca ²⁺ - and acidic-pH-dependent manner.Annexin A5 is accepted as an early marker of apoptosis. Annexin A5 has anti-thrombotic and anti-microbial properties ^[1] .
