Description
HSF1A is a cell-permeable activator. HSF1A protects cells from stress-induced , binds TRiC subunits and inhibits TRiC activity without perturbation of ATP hydrolysis.
In vitro
HSF1A, an HSF1 activator, alleviates DOX-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis via suppression of the IGF-IIR apoptotic signaling pathway.
