Description

A-381393, a potent, selective, brain penetrate antagonist, has similar affinities for three major polymorphic D4 receptor variants examined, Ki for D4.2, D4.4 and D4.7 are 1.9 nM, 1.5 nM and 1.6 nM, respectively, also shows moderate affinity for 5HT with Ki of 370 nM.
