Description
Demethylcantharidin (norcantharidin) is a synthetic analogue of cantharidin and has potent antitumor activity.
In vitro
Demethylcantharidin (DMC) is also found to be highly effective in inhibiting the growth of mouse hepatocytes, with an IC50 of about 10 μM.
