Description

Luliconazole(NND 502) is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug.

In vitro

Luliconazole inhibits growth of all filamentous fungi except zygomycetes at low concentrations (MIC, ≦0.004–0.125 µg/ml), with dermatophytes being most susceptible (MIC, ≦0.004–0.008 µg/ml). Luliconazole demonstrates greater potency against Trichophyton spp. (MIC range:
