Description
Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF, GS-7340) hemifumarate is a prodrug of tenofovir but results in significantly higher intracellular tenofovir concentrations and lower serum levels. Tenofovir alafenamide is a novel inhibitor for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.
