Acrylamide-PEG-Acrylamide (ACA-PEG-ACA) is a linear bifunctional crosslinking PEG reagent featuring acrylamide groups at both ends. These acrylamide groups facilitate radical initiator-induced polymerization or UV light-sensitive photopolymerization, commonly used to form crosslinked polymer networks and prepare PEG hydrogels. Unlike PEG-acrylate, ACA-PEG-ACA offers enhanced stability due to its amide linkers.
