In Vitro
Duocarmycin analog-2 (72 h) has anti-proliferative activity with IC 50 values of 0.001, 0.002, 0.002, 0.004, 0.009, 0.01, 0.015, 0.019, 0.019, 0.019, 0.02, 0.04, and 0.068 nM for DU4475, SET2, HCT 16, A2780, MDA MB468, LNCaP, LS174T, CCRF-CEM, COLO205, H2087, H661, A549, and MCD MB231 cells, respectively.
