PfDHODH-IN-1 is an analogue of the active metabolite of Leflunomide. PfDHODH-IN-1 is a Plasmodium falciparum dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (PfDHODH) inhibitor. PfDHODH-IN-1 has antimalarial activity [1] [2] .
