Summary
EBOV/MARV-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of Ebola virus (EBOV) and Marburg virus (MARV) , with broad-spectrum activity ( EC 50 =0.31, and 0.82 µM, respectively) and low cytotoxicity (SI>100) in HeLa cells [1] .

In Vitro
EBOV/MARV-IN-1 (12.5 µM; 48 h) inhibits HIV/EBOV-GP (EC 50 =12 nM) and HIV/MARV-GP (EC 50 =180 nM) pseudotype virus in A549 cells containing a luciferase reporter gene, with low cytotoxicity (SI =2088) [1] .
