c-Myc inhibitor 7 (0-10 mM; 3 days) inhibits cell proliferation of HL60 cells with an IC ₅₀ value of 0.5 nM ^[1] .
c-Myc inhibitor 7 promotes 60-90% cell protein degradation of HL60 cells ^[1] .
c-Myc inhibitor 7 (1, 3, 10 and 100 nM; 24 hours) degrades c-Myc, CKla, GSPTl, IKZFl , IKZF2 and IKZF3 proteins in multi-cell lines ^[1] .
