Summary

PSN 375963 is a potent GPR119 agonist, with EC 50 s of 8.4 and 7.9 μM for human and mouse GPR119 , respectively. PSN 375963 shows similar potency to the endogenous agonist oleoylethanolamide (OEA) [1] [2] .

In Vitro

The endogenous ligand OEA signals through GPR119 in a manner similar to glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and its receptor with respect to insulin secretion, intracellular calcium and cAMP [2] .

MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
