Summary

FEN1-IN-1 (compound 1) is a flap endonuclease 1 (FEN1) inhibitor. FEN1-IN-1 binds to the active site of FEN1 and partly achieves inhibition by the co-ordination of Mg ²⁺ ions ^[1] .
